Biography
Marion Rose has been a research assistant at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, and Media Technology at the University of Wuppertal since 2004. Her teaching and research focus on strategic innovation management, user-centered evaluation of AI systems, and digital concepts for educational processes, with an emphasis on the use of augmented and virtual reality.
Marion Rose studied psychology at the University of Wuppertal, specializing in industrial and organizational psychology. Before joining the University of Wuppertal, she worked at an institute for occupational medicine, safety engineering, and ergonomics. There, her focus was on the development and application of job analyses to determine workloads and stress levels. She subsequently worked as a management consultant for media companies in the field of human resources and organizational development.
