Gesundes Tal
The "Gesundes Tal" project aims to significantly improve preventive healthcare in Wuppertal through digital and customised services. The focus is on the digital provision of health information and services in order to strengthen citizens' personal responsibility for their health and thus prevent illness. The project thus makes an important contribution to promoting the health of the Wuppertal population.
Two sub-projects are being implemented in the "Healthy Valley" consortium: the development of a digital health platform and a data room for health data. By using modern information processing and artificial intelligence technologies, personalised healthcare services are to be made available to citizens quickly and easily.
The TMDT is contributing to this project by designing, developing and implementing the data room for health data. The focus here is on the integration and processing of heterogeneous data sources in order to collect and analyse health data in a decentralised manner. Semantic technologies are used to structure this data and make it usable for personalised prevention services across a wide range of data sources. Solid is used for the architecture of the distributed data space. The TMDT thus ensures that state-of-the-art technologies are used to create a data protection-compliant, secure and transparent infrastructure. In addition, care is taken to ensure that the data room meets the requirements of the users and at the same time fulfils the legal requirements for handling sensitive health data.
