Biography
Ali Bahja has been a research associate at the Institute for Technologies and Management of Digital Transformation at the University of Wuppertal since October 2024.
Mr. Bahja completed his Bachelor and Master in Mechanical Engineering at the Lebanese International University and then worked in research for three years. In 2019, he started a Master's program in Computer Simulation in Sciences at the University of Wuppertal. In his master's thesis, he dealt with position estimation using deep learning and systematic data set generation for industrial manufacturing. He created an industry-relevant database that was used to train a convolutional neural network and make precise position determinations.
