Biography
Katharina Erwig joined the Institute for Technologies and Management of Digital Transformation as a research associate in December 2019. She is developing answers to the comprehensive transformation requirements resulting from the upcoming traffic shift for the automotive supply industry.
Katharina Erwig studied a bachelor's and master's degree in printing and media technology at the University of Wuppertal. After her studies, she worked for more than 10 years as a technical consultant at the Employers' Association of the Print + Media Industry North-West e.V.. During her time at the University of Wuppertal, she contributed to several research projects, including:

- camo.nrw: Center for Automated Mobility NRW
- InProD2: Inclusion in production - digital tools to support learning processes in production professions/vocational training
